Gift 2 - My Hot Tub

I don't think my friend who challenged me thought "Hot Tub" would be something I consider a gift. But it is! I have lived in the desert for far too long. Now that we are in the 50's at night I sleep so much better when I can sit in the hot tub for about 10 minutes prior to jumping into bed. Here is my usual evening routine...

Get home from work and either head straight to gym or eat dinner depending on what class I want to attend at the gym.

Jump online to read blogs, emails, facebook, etc

Do some sort of house duty - laundry, clean bathrooms, unload dishwasher, run errands, blah.

Watch t.v. Or if nothing on t.v. read a book

Sit in HOT TUB!

Go to bed!

I love feeling all warm and cozy when I go to bed. I fall asleep so much faster and I think I sleep better. Perhaps that is the chlorine seeping into my brain though. Not sure.

Gift #2 is proudly my Hot Tub. (It isn't my own personal hot tub. It is the community hot tub. But there is never anyone in it so I feel like it is my own. And yes, I don't always take a shower after I sit in the hot tub. I strangely like the smell of chlorine.)

I like the smell of Chlorine too! It does naughty things to my hair, but I will usually sniff my arm a time or two later in the day after I've been swimming. TMI?

I am all about dipping in hot water before bed in this chilly weather! Just last night I fell asleep in my bathtub. My beloved bathtub.

I feel like I should stop talking now. But I feel this post, man. I feel it.

for the record, I TOTALLY knew the hot tub would be one of them. I totally did.

Miss Laurel:

You are still listed as invited... it is a gmail account. Maybe you have multiple email addresses? I have had ALL kinds of problems trying to get things posted and make changes to my blog... could be blogspot?!

You haven't posted in awhile, by the way. Get on that :)
