I have crazy dreams all the time and have talked about this website before. One of my friends recently talked about how dreams can be mini-revelations.
I also believe dreams can be mini-revelations. Our subconscious can process thoughts and ideas that weigh heavily on our mind and produce analogies that our conscious mind will recognize.
So last night I kept dreaming about this big, fat tortoise. I was trying to get it to walk up a hill with me and it just wouldn't budge. I just checked out the dream website and this is what it says about a tortoise:
"To see a tortoise in your dream, suggests that you need to take some chances in order to get ahead in life. The opportunities for advancement are opened to you, but you need to take the next step. The tortoise also symbolizes perseverance, determination, and longevity. Alternatively, the tortoise may represent the need to be sheltered or protected from life's problems."
I am fascinated by dreams and definitely consider our minds ability to process dreams a gift.

I love that you knew it was a "tortoise" and not a "turtle". Who says "tortoise" instead of "turtle"? Who does that?
Take the next step, Erin.
Take it.
Take it.
Take it.
Interesting dream...That is cool how you can look up dreams and see what they mean. I'll have to try that sometime.
Forget using the word tortoise... who actually DREAMS that about a tortoise? You are such a wingnut.
No more excuses for avoiding that next step, I suppose.
