I mentioned that even though my eating habits have not changed, I still have not lost weight with all my exercising.
I just looked into my garbage can at work. I so wish I had a camera with me. It contains:
about 6 mini snickers wrappers
32 oz Diet Coke fountain drink
12 oz can Diet Dr Pepper
Remnants of bagel and cream cheese that I had for breakfast
I think I may know what my November goal will be.
Note: this really isn't typical eating behavior for me... well the Diet Coke is. :)

I swear... it's Halloween. I mean, I'm training for a marathon and I'm totally gaining weight. My hunger is insatiable because I'm burning so many calories; unfortunately I'm NOT burning everything I throw into my mouth. Plus I'm studying like crazy. You should see MY garbage can. Horrible.
