Goal Part II

I admit I had a set-back in exercising but I'm back into the flow with a bootcamp class on Monday and spin class on Tuesday. It is amazing after one bad week of exercising how much our bodies revert. Bootcamp on Monday was a KILLER!

Time to get serious about losing those 10 lbs. As of this morning I'm back into portion control. And I believe WW online is the best way to manage portion control. (If you don't know what WW means than you have never needed to lose weight and don't deserve to know. :))

I feel motivated and ready and committed!

The hardest part for me is sweets. I love a DQ blizzard or McDonald's hot fudge sundae. This little tiny junior frosty from Wendy's (that is smaller than a thimble! OK, not really) is my portion size for ice cream. Yes, please feel sorry for me. I have a 12 oz water bottle next to it just so you can get an idea of how small it really is. But I will savor each and every bite each time I have one.

Let the games begin!

Boot camp? In the morning? At the rec center? You didn't come over and say hello?!

I notice my bookity book in the background. You've hardly made a dent. Guess I won't plan on reading that over T-giving. Sheesh. Some people.

I am uber proud of you for your efforts despite the fatigue. Keep up the good work!

It's Friday. I haven't seen nearly enough of you the last couple of weeks. Ditch Laurel and come back to Vegas to play for the weekend?! Er, I mean... BRING Laurel, and y'all come to Vegas for the weekend! Snow and winter are overrated.
