I still am feeling a bit cruddy today but I pushed myself on a 30 minute run and then did some push-ups and sit-ups. One solid month (minus one day) of working out. Wow. So now what? I'm doing the same thing for November minus a Sunday workout. I do think our bodies need rest.
Was feeling a bit crazy tonight... went and placed a bet on the BYU game tomorrow. I stand to win a whole $18.20. :)

Erin, your exercising habits are inspiring me! I've been such a slacker lately, because I work on my thesis constantly (sedentary life) and my knee is bad, so I can't run right now. AARGH. But, I'm at least committed to walking, weight lifting and cutting out sugar! So, we'll see how it goes. Glad that my hair piece story made you laugh. :)
