The airport

Southwest is usually really good about letting you know when a flight is canceled. Well, they forgot to call me today so I'm now at the airport for a solid 3 hours. Perfect time to catch up on some much needed work... or emails or facebook or blogs. I really will still get that work in... after this blog. Oh, how I love an airport. :)

I have great friends. I know I talk about them all the time but they are really great. And this weekend was no exception. I have great friends all over the place and this weekend was spent with a few of my friends in Salt Lake. I was spoiled with a great massage at a spa, tickets to the play 'Into the Woods' (fabulous!), shopping for a great pair of jeans, 3 home cooked meals ( I absolutely LOVE a home cooked meal!!!), and loads of Rook. Laurel, Deana, Eric and I played about 6 hours of Rook and still could have kept going. For those of you who play Rook, this was the hand I had to try and get my bid on, it was rough.

My camera battery was dead so I didn't have any other pictures. So sad :(

Weekend was necessary for so many other reasons that have no place in my blog. Needed conversations took place, needed downtime took place, needed realizations took place. Thanks Deana, Laurel and Eric (and Heidi and Amy and Laurel M who I saw briefly) for being what I needed this weekend!
