My Saturday Night
As Eric and I were hanging out at my house trying to figure out what to do to keep cool (did I fail to mention in my earlier post that he is here this weekend?) we decided to go see Elton John at Caesar's Palace. Wow. Wow. Wow. Not only was it fantastic Elton John but it was Elton John Vegas style. There was crazy, cool video streaming in the back along with crazy, over-the-top blow up stage paraphernalia. It was his 200th performance; they passed out boas to everyone walking in, recorded the performance and let audience members up on stage around his piano to dance. Fabulous. It was a 2 hour concert with all familiar songs. What a great night!

oh man, I would have died. I LOVE Elton John. I think I need to make a trip to Vegas.
how fun. I love that you guys did this. and not even the least bit bitter you did it w/o me...but tell us, did EW sing along with you like the rest of us would?
oooh, I'm jealous also. It's pretty amazing that we even have access to EJ down here in Vegas.
I want to see pictures of the boas.
