I have two 401k accounts (don't ask; I'm lazy; no other reason) and I received both quarterly statements today. I can't bring myself to open them up. Should I toss them or actually look at them? Will it do me any good to look at them? Should I be modifying my stock options or just ride the waves of fate? Eek...

Hold on; don't sell anything. You haven't lost any value until you sell it. It has LIKELY bottomed out and will probably start moving back up now. But it will definitely take it awhile to recover. It's probably too late because you've probably already done it, but I wouldn't check current value it will only depress you!!!
Love you,
Dad
I feel for ya, babe.
