11 days strong

as it turns out you do have to change your eating habits to lose weight. exercise alone is not sufficient. its been 11 days and not one pound. drats.

Dang it, I was hoping that if you excercised it would be good enough and that you wouldn't have to change your eating habbits. (Not you, I'm just saying in general) haha. Good to know though. Thanks for experimenting for all of us :)
