One month!

Our little guy is a month old. Today was his big day at church. Infants in the Mormon church receive a Priesthood blessing within the first few months of life. My Dad flew in to perform this ordinance for Eli. It was very sweet. We know Eli will grow and live a great life and be an example of good to those he associates with. We feel so blessed that he is ours and that we get to help mold his character. It is such an honor.

Lisa and her family were able to come to his blessing and Robert and Josh helped in the performance of the ordinance. Then we went out to eat :)





This is him swaddled after church. We thought it was hysterical that the little bow tie is sticking out and had to capture it.

I stole this idea from a few friends of mine. I'm going to take his picture next to Mickey at every one month mark for the first year so we can see how he grows. Here is Eli and Mickey at one month.

And I just thought these were cute pics to share. Bath time with warm washcloth on his head. And his new little hat. He looks a bit cross-eyed in the picture. Funny.
