Seriously, ridiculous. But we needed a bed for him plus something else to put him in so we didn't have to hold him constantly in the hotel room plus his stroller plus bottles and diapers and then my stuff and Eric's stuff. It was a little embarrassing checking in for one night.
He did okay. Could have been worse, could have been better. We are glad we did it though so we know if we took enough stuff for him. We left the hotel at 7:30 this morning and went back home. I guess it could have been a lot better. :)
I think the best thing about the night was the domestic violence that occurred across the hall. It was highly entertaining. There were police and everything. Crazy woman. No, we weren't in a questionable hotel. Just questionable guests.
We took Eli to his second Rockies game. He was a gem. We fed him right before we left, he looked around at the crowd for a bit, he slept for almost two hours in my arms and then he woke and we fed him again. Dream child.
We got him this little mat that has a pillow on it so he can be on his tummy. He loves it.
And I just think he is adorable in his little camouflage.

Such a cute kid!
Did you bring the shopping cart also? I've always said a shopping cart would be great to have for babies and toddlers... it's a stroller, a crib, a changing table, timeout location, it stores a lot of stuff...
Next time you need a getaway, remember that my guest room is available! Can't promise the domestic excitement, though; the dog hardly ever argues with me.
okay...his face in that first picture. are you kidding me?
oh, i want to eat that little guy.
miss you all.
xoxo
