I didn't think it necessary to buy Eli anything for Easter - being only 24 days and all. But Eli thought he needed to give me a present. He peed on me, pooped TWICE on me and spit up on me yesterday. Thanks little buddy.
Needless to say, we won't be using that particular brand of Pamper's anymore. We will stick to Pamper's swaddlers. No mess yet.
Eli absolutely LOVES bath time. It makes me want to bathe him every day but I don't. He loves the warm water and just chills out during the whole thing.
Being an older Mother and being the youngest of 5 children means my Mother is into her retirement years. She was able to fly out and stay two weeks in Denver to help me. Two weeks. Who gets that much help with a newborn?! She stayed at my sister's home (we just aren't set up for overnight guests right now. Hate it but its just the way it is) and took the light rail into the city every day. She cleaned, she held Eli while I cleaned, she brought me a Diet Coke every day, she made sure I took a nap each day. What a lifesaver she was! Thanks Mom!!

I'm so glad grandma could be there with you for 2 weeks! How wonderful!! I'm still trying to figure out a way to come see you this summer!!
You sure do have some awesome visitors. Now it is my turn. Soon, we are sick so I can't yet. He's such a cute little guy. Enjoy him loving bath time. That hasn't lasted long with my kids.
Thanks, Grandma!
