EW and I spent the weekend in Canandaigua, NY with the Werth's! Say the name of that town 10 times fast. Or maybe one time really slow. It is a tricky one.
We had a fantastic time! This is our third year heading out that way for the Superbowl. As usual, we ate and ate and ate. We love Lu's cooking! And we played a ton of cards which is always heaven for me. I loved that many of the kids were wearing Buffalo Bills jerseys during the game. It made me chuckle. Those people need a Superbowl win!
We forgot our camera but took a few on Eric's phone. Eric is gone today so we get to settle for this one picture I took on my phone. It is an adorable picture of Eric and Kellsie. We spent a couple hours at the mall one day. If Eric and I are lucky enough to have a little girl, I would love for her to look like Kellsie. But maybe with red hair. :)
I'm leaving you all with this new recipe compliments of Lu. This dip is to die for. Include it in your next gathering, you will not be sorry! It really is a dip for buffalo wings but we used it with tortilla chips too and it was yummy.Wing Cheese Dip
8oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 C Frank's Redhot sauce (buffalo classic)
1/2 C blue cheese dressing
1/2 C blue cheese crumbles
2 Cups cooked chicken
mix and put in a pie dish. Bake at 350 for 20 min
Lu also threw a half bag of shredded cheese on top
Thanks Werth's for the great time!!
