We do the co-op fruit/veggie swap each Saturday. I love it, but have received some unidentifiable fruits/veggies. They always make me laugh. I cook everything like a squash that I am not sure what to do with. Good luck!
I'm so glad you've asked about it. I got 2 of them this week also, and I have no idea what it is. We were passing them around at work today, and there are no viable guesses. Last week I cooked and ate a gourd.

best guess is a daikon radish.
