December challenge anyone??

Remember when I told myself that I was taking two weeks off exercising post-wedding and then would get back into it? 9 weeks later and I have not step foot on the elliptical, gym or bike trail. This morning I woke up feeling VERY full and motivated to get back on track!

It is December 1st. Eric and I are challenging each other to 31 days of exercise this month. Come do it with us!! Exercise equals a minimum of 30 minutes every day and can be cardio, strength or flexibility.

Ready?

I am ready! Heres my game plan:

1) Start slow. Dont lift your Dr Pepper too fast, you dont want to pull anything!

2) DONT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! If somebody says, "Tyler, im going to TacoBell want to come?" Just say yes.

3) Dont dehydrate! This goes back to #1. If you cant remember the last time delicious Dr Pepper hit your tongue, its been too long.


If I lose weight on my a fore mentioned plan, you owe me big erin =P

Woah! Crazy, little-known fact:
Popcorn is a fruit. The definition of a fruit is the reproductive parts of a plant, and since kernels are the reproductive parts in corn, they are fruits.
