See the book that I'm reading over on the right side of my blog? Go to the bookstore or library and get it and read it. But don't read it unless you are ready to help make a difference in the lives of women throughout the world. Cause you will want to figure out any way you can to help women who are demoralized in their communities by such horrible means. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't know these problems existed as bad as they do. I'm half-way through and having trouble wanting to do anything else but read this book. I want to travel to Congo or Ethiopia or Thailand or Darfur or Nigeria or Cambodia and step out of my selfish world and make a difference. I want to embrace my gypsy blood and go. Not sure EW would like that... ;) So... uh, Katie... I think you should go. Please go. Go because I can't go right now. But I can still make a difference from here.
