Those Werth's know how to vacation! But unfortunately I have no pictures to prove it. I left my stinkin camera behind. His sister will send pictures in the next couple days and I'll post.
How did my dinner go you ask? It went FABULOUS! I will say that Eric did not relay dinner details very well to me. He didn't tell me that fiesta is really what each night is. Not only was it dinner but it was decorations, drinks, desserts and dancing. (Not dancing really but it rhymed). Oh but there was music as well. Oh and the kids did a skit for each night. They sang a song for each theme. Adorable.
I ended up doing taco salad, chicken enchiladas, homemade salsa, homemade guacamole, and famous bean dip. It was WAY too much food. But everyone loved it. Especially the kids. It was familiar to them and they gobbled it up. But the best part was the dessert. Eric and I made fried ice cream. Yes, FRIED Ice Cream... me! It was super easy and a complete hit with everyone. We even fried small tortillas into a bowl shape and sprinkled with powdered sugar to put the ice cream in. It was very, very fun.
We did hit the dollar store and decorated in a fiesta theme complete with hats.
I'll post more vacation details later. Don't want this to get too long. We are sitting in the Rochester, NY airport getting ready to head West. Ciao for now.

i so proud of you.

That sounds so fun. It kinda reminds me of the family in the movie Dan in Real Life. (the part where they did skits) Anyways, sounds like a fun night!
