The fish was covered with a bit of salt and lemon-pepper seasoning, followed by chopped tomatoes, green and red peppers, and onions, then drizzled with a butter, fresh squeezed lemon juice mixture.

It was delicious! And so healthy. Loved it! I have to admit that EW made it but I found the recipe so I think that counts for something, yes?
