I love going to the movies. But I am sad to report that The Dark Knight did not do it for me (sorry Dad). It was entertaining up until the ferry boat scene. That part put me over the edge and did it really have to be such a long movie?? I did highly enjoy Mama Mia. I thought Meryl Streep was adorable and who doesn't love ABBA music? I saw the new Woody Allen movie (twice). I loved it. Vicky Cristina Barcelona. There definitely were some questionable parts for most of my readers here so don't run out and see it unless you are comfortable with non PG/PG13 movies.
I came home from work early today, laid down on my couch and looked outside where there was a giant cockroach out on my patio. Even though he was outside I couldn't handle it. I got my bug spray, slightly opened the sliding door and sprayed that thing until it was dead. And as you know cockroaches can run fast! I ended up spraying my entire patio with bug spray. I hope that is a good thing and that cockroach will tell its brothers to not come to my house!
I spent Saturday night sitting on Aryn's couch watching her paint her new place. She only had one ladder; I couldn't help it! (I know; loser friend). We chatted it up about anything and everything.
Rhonda has been here the last couple days. We sat on my couch a lot and chatted it up as well.
I love my girlfriends! I love the fact that we can discuss any topic to its death and then move on to another topic and do the same. It was much needed bonding time for me.
Thats it. Thats all I got.

I had a great time Saturday painting while you rolled around on my couch, downed McDonald's, watched the Olympics, picked lint from your bellybutton, and explained to me why you believe the chicken crossed the road. In all fairness, I chattered your ear off as well...

Girlfriends are the best. Some of the best times are just chatting and doing nothing. And, I would have sprayed the heck out of the cockroach, as well. Those bugs are disgusting.

Kyle dragged me to see the Dark Knight, i actually enjoyed it. So i dragged Kyle to see Mama Mia, I loved that too! Kyle rolled his eyes. But he did take me to see Mama Mia on Broadway in NYC a couple of years ago and we both liked it. He says when it is a Broadway play that is fine to go see, but when it becomes a movie then it is just a "chick flick."
1 cockroach outside means 100 inside. and acutally ty is right. in fact, almost all cockroaches you see are female. the dude roaches just sit at their lair... cave... nest thing. and chill while the ladies gather food and get lost inside your house. in response to your mama mia comment, I do not like ABBA, nor chick-flicks, nor broadway plays. therefore, i would rather see every movie theater burn to the ground then see that retarded movie.
