I made it two days. And I actually woke up feeling fine this morning but my colon was still not doing a thing and it was starting to make me nervous. So I had an egg with salsa in a whole wheat tortilla. It might have been the best breakfast of my life! I tell ya, one egg and I've been going non-stop this morning cleaning my house. Food gives us energy. It is nice to be reminded of that fact.
Yes, Laurel is a better person than me. She has done the 3 day fast twice in the last 6 months. I always knew she was better; this just proves it even more. And hey... she has a new website.
