When the airline stewards go over the safety info for the flight I think they need to start adding a 3 minute etiquette talk. Do people not know that you 1. NEVER take off your shoes let alone SOCKS when sitting next to people on a plane; 2. Do not then walk into the bathroom barefoot! (I don't think those bathrooms ever get cleaned!); 3. Do not take up both armrests and then sit with your legs so wide apart that the person sitting next to you has to hug the other armrest the entire flight due to the fact that your leg is halfway into their seat! 4. And then MOVE YOUR LEG up and down the ENTIRE FLIGHT.
Apparently we do not understand common decency in our country and as much as it seems ridiculous to bring up such topics on a flight, I think it is becoming more and more necessary. Oh, and DO NOT pick your nose and wipe it on your pants. Do not do that. Ever. Not once. No.
