I've spent the last 3 straight hours cleaning my house. And it needed it bad! That doesn't include the 2 hours I spent Thursday night taking down all my Christmas decorations. I stopped for a second to email some friends and enjoy the smell of pledge - who doesn't love that smell? I think I better add it to my favorite smells list. I even might clean out my closet. Hey.
When I get to this point of having a really clean house, I always want to rip up my carpets and get some wood flooring in. I have to, HAVE to get that done soon. This carpet is killing me. I do love my little house. Its the perfect size for me and it is nice and open. I love it. I would like a new couch and a really great picture to put over my sofa.
So for Christmas EW gave me an iHome for my iPod - I LOVE it! Instead of turning on the TV and watching trash VH1 and MTV reality shows which normally make up my Saturday, I've listened to music all morning while I've been cleaning. Fantastic.
My niece Katie and I went and saw Juno last night. Go see it. Not only is it cute, quirky and clever the music is fabulous. When I head out today I'm stopping and getting the soundtrack. A must have.
