week 64

Busy work week this week. I can tell my company knows my maternity leave is coming all too soon. My workload has increased quite a bit over the past month with projects they want accomplished before I won't be available for 3 months. I actually enjoy being more busy than not and I think it helps knowing there is an end. I still managed to take a long lunch on Friday and get together with some girlfriends at one of our favorite restaurants here (Steuben's). It was great to spend time with them. Thanks Jen and Traci!

My sister and family came over Saturday afternoon for baking, cards, dinner and a little stroll around Denver to see the Christmas lights. They just moved to Aurora so my brother-in-law could go to school. We had a great time! I still have too many cookies in my kitchen that are far too tempting to stay away from.

Tonight we went to the Avs hockey game with friends and this little guy Charles. Look at those eye lashes. He is such a cutie.

Hope everyone has a great Christmas week and gets all the last minute things done in time to relax and enjoy a wonderful Christmas day with family and friends! Eric and I have yet to go shopping for each other... aye, aye, aye.
