Just a couple things...

1. Since coming back to Vegas after being in very humid environments for 10 days my nose is producing bloody boogers constantly. Its not that fun.

2. I'm tired of being responsible. Can I not be responsible for awhile? Is there ever a time in our lives where not being responsible can ever be a valid option? There was an incident at one of the tradeshows I went to that completely deflated me and I thought "who needs this". I do not. I need a break from "this". Yet I have a mortgage that is upside down and probably only 4 months of savings and the job market stinks. But I'm tired of being responsible. Where has responsible gotten me besides some extra money to travel? A sense of accomplishment? Lately, not so much. Is one allowed to take a break from life in their mid-30s??

I hear ya. Wouldn't it be nice to not have to worry about paying bills, etc.? Adulthood, I guess they call it. I'm not convinced it's for me.

I'm too lazy to go back to your Mother's Day post, but I liked it. It's sort of a non-day for me. But I agree that at church it's probably best to just recognize mothers and wish them a happy day. You're bound to upset people if you try and go too far beyond that :).

If you figure out how to take a break from responsibility, let me know. I would definitely take a break!

Hey, responsibility stinks, but the alternative has too many downsides. If you want to really get mad at me, take a look at my comments on Erin's Mother's Day blog entry!

I got an idea...Why don't you move by us? That would solve all your problems.
