The highlight of our week was going to Mexican food on Friday night. We don't indulge too often with that cuisine so when we do, it is such a treat! There is a place right by our loft that we absolutely love. Their salsa is nice and spicy and the dishes are nice and cheesy and fattening. I was in a food coma all day Saturday from it. Heaven.
Yes, so seriously this last week was fairly low-key. I did learn how to make some receiving blankets, thanks to Molly and even made one and took it over to our friends Rob and Leslie who just had a baby boy. Molly showed me all the good quilt stores in the Denver area. I'm so excited to pick up that hobby again. Eric burned about 20 DVDs to his iPad in preparation for his traveling and did some modifications on his scooter. We really need to get him a real motorcycle. One can only make a scooter so cool ya know? ;)
Maybe we'll be a bit more exciting this week.
