Deana, who is a dream, came to Vegas this weekend to help me pack. Who helps a friend pack in Vegas in August??! Deana does, that's who!!
We had such a great weekend. And seriously, if anyone needs help packing a house, call Deana. Only thing left to do is wash and pack a few dishes and pack a few clothes. Everything else... D-O-N-E.
And for those who know Deana, or I suppose I should say for those who know Deana and Erin together, the weekend was nothing but laughs. Top 10 favorite moments...
10. "accidentally" hitting Deana with a ruler.
9. Going to Joann Fabrics 3 times.
8. Watching EIGHT movies (while packing of course)
7. Deana writing ridiculous sayings all over my boxes
6. Watching SYTYCD finale for the 3rd time!
5. Getting so freaked out by a cockroach that I was "weak with fright" (funniest line of the weekend)
4. Using the pool as our shower the entire weekend.
3. Digging out my sewing machine from the very bottom, corner of stacked boxes and realizing its broken.
2. When Deana asked me if I had a boy what I would name it knowing that I like the name Lucy for a girl and my response was "Lucifer".
1. Deana helping me make FIVE quilts and me saying to her, "go ahead and make yourself one for helping me out".
I seriously could keep going. She is so much fun to be around! And SUCH a good friend for helping me pack! Thanks Deana!!

Deana you are really the best. I will never for forget the 4th of July and Erin and I spent at your place. It was so much fun. Erin I'm glad to see one of your classic top 10 lists. I have always loved those.
It was SO fun. Erin was in a goofy mood the entire time. Note, all the cleaver comments came from her. And to be honest, I'm happier doing this sort of thing than going shopping.
