I love running into good people. Some people are just born with a good-hearted soul. It is second nature to them to think of others. Here are two examples from today.
On my way to the airport in a taxi and we are stopped at a light. A homeless guy is standing there with a sign asking for help. My taxi driver, without even thinking, rolled down his window and handed the guy some money. Come to find out my taxi driver is from Somalia, has lived in the U.S. for 4 years and is trying to save enough money to go to school to become a Physician Assistant. Think he had extra money to give?
Sitting at the airport and a Mother with three children (ages 6, 10, 14 is my guess) sit down to grab a bite of food. The eldest son automatically took all the bags and organized them in a way that made most sense for their seating arrangement. He sat with his two siblings and talked with them while their Mother got the food. A group of cute girls walked by, he definitely noticed them but did not stare. I love a guy who doesn't stare. It shows a ton of respect. A good soul.

I believe there a LOT of good hearted people; many more than the opposite. Frequently they go about doing good works quietly and we just don't notice.
On another note, with regards your June Workout list, your last entry is June 6 and this is June 9! Hello!! Also I don't see biking on your list.
Dad
Those are great stories! I am glad there are good people in the world.
I like to think there are more good people out there than we suspect...
Great stories. I love how observant you are!
